Rooms
The Little Farmhouse offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with family rooms that sleep up to six guests. Rooms feature comfortable beds, warm blankets, and a fireplace. The upstairs bedroom requires climbing a steep ladder, and access to both bathrooms is through bedrooms. Some rooms open onto a balcony with garden views.
Leisure
A hot tub, outdoor bath, and shower are available. The property includes a garden, terrace, and veranda with comfortable seating. Farm animals-donkeys, sheep, and chickens-roam freely. Birdsong and starry nights add to the peaceful setting. The hot tub is a guest favorite.
Services
Free WiFi is available, but signal strength can be weak. The hosts are responsive and deliver extra firewood on request. Luggage storage and free parking are provided. The property is non-smoking throughout and family-friendly. Guests appreciated the host's generosity and the peaceful atmosphere.
“This is one of those places that truly resets the clock, offering a serene escape where the quietude is palpable, even with friendly farm animals nearby. The farmhouse itself feels both cozy and well-equipped for self-catering, while the outdoor spaces, including a welcoming veranda and a hot tub, invite a deep sense of relaxation. Its proximity to the village adds a practical convenience to this otherwise tranquil, restorative setting.”
